 Location: Berryessa Park Event Photos   Timeline: 9:30 AM  – Setup (Parents, Truongs, and Scouts) Canopy, game, decoration, food station, and audio setup. 10:00 AM  – Event Introduction by MCs  10:05 AM – 11:00 AM  –  Pumpkin Carving Competition  and  Fun Activities Pumpkin carving (5 scouts per patrol) Fun stations: face painting, arts and crafts, games, photo booth, and piñatas. 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM  –  Costume Show   Prizes for best costumes, including for Truongs and parents. 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM  – Lunch 12:45 PM – 1:00 PM  – Prizes for Pumpkin Carving and Costume Show 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM  – Cleanup Parents and Truongs: take down decorations and canopies. Scouts: trash pickup.

View Bronze Award Fundraiser and Take Action photos We wanted to take a moment to reflect on our participation in the 2024 Bronze Award Take Action initiative, led by our dedicated Bronze Award team: Annie , Ellie , and Diane . This initiative provided us with an excellent opportunity to engage with our community and make a positive impact. A special thank you goes out to Truong Raymond, Truong Lan, Tr. Jason, Tr. Quang, Chi Linh, Katherine, all the Juniors, and the Parents for their support and hard work during this event. The 2024 Bronze Award team of Troop 60964 decided that they wanted to help shelter animals. As part of their Take Action project they created this video about how anyone can help shelter animals.
