Timeline:

  • 9:30 AM – Setup (Parents, Truongs, and Scouts)
    • Canopy, game, decoration, food station, and audio setup.
  • 10:00 AM – Event Introduction by MCs 
  • 10:05 AM – 11:00 AM – Pumpkin Carving Competition and Fun Activities
    • Pumpkin carving (5 scouts per patrol)
    • Fun stations: face painting, arts and crafts, games, photo booth, and piñatas.
  • 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM – Costume Show 
    • Prizes for best costumes, including for Truongs and parents.
  • 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM – Lunch
  • 12:45 PM – 1:00 PM – Prizes for Pumpkin Carving and Costume Show
  • 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM – Cleanup
    • Parents and Truongs: take down decorations and canopies.
    • Scouts: trash pickup.
