TNHG at Sherman Oaks Elementary's Carnival Event Event Photos The TNHG team proudly stepped up to support the community by volunteering at the Sherman Oaks Elementary Carnival event. Dedicated volunteers Amanda , An , Angela , Emily , and Queenie brought an extra splash of joy and energy to the festivities, running a popular booth and transforming the day for the school families. Through their creative and colorful face-painting talents, they helped make the carnival a lively, vibrant, and memorable experience for all the children in attendance.

On Saturday, May 2 , the scouts, leaders, and parents of Lien Doan Truong Giang gathered at Bridges Community Church from 3:45–6:00 PM to serve as MobilePack Partners in the fight against global hunger. In collaboration with 4others and Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) , our group joined an energetic community effort to hand-pack MannaPack® Rice , a nutrient-dense meal specifically formulated to save the lives of malnourished children. Working in assembly-line fashion, volunteers carefully combined specific ingredients—including protein powder, dried carrots and potatoes, soybean powder, and rice—to create balanced, shelf-stable meals. By participating as MobilePack Partners, our scouts embraced the 4others mission of "packing hope," which combines hands-on service with a commitment to funding the very meals being produced. Aaron's Eagle Scout Project Take Action Days (April 18-19) Event Photos For his Eagle Scout Service Project, Aaron of TDCL led a team of volunteers to transform the grounds of Trung Tâm Tuệ Viên (Wisdom Garden Buddhist Center). Recognizing the need for improved accessibility and safety, he planned and executed a comprehensive road pavement and pathway enhancement project to better serve the congregation and community visitors. Technical Leadership: The project involved complex coordination, including clearing debris, leveling the ground, and managing the application of paving materials. Aaron oversaw the entire process, ensuring the work met safety standards and was completed efficiently. Our City Forest – Community Planting (Santa Teresa Blvd Phase 1) 6578 Santa Teresa Blvd, San Jose, CA 95119 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM - February 28, 2026 It is a meaningful opportunity for the girls and families to participate in community service by helping plant trees in San Jose, a wonderful way to contribute to environmental sustainability and community beautification. ADST Thanksgiving meals donation We plan to buy and donate two meals to families in need this Thanksgiving. To prepare, we plan to buy non-perishable items on Sunday, 11/24, after our regular meeting from Costco on Automation Parkway. We will make a second trip Tuesday, 11/26, when Costco opens at 8:30AM to buy perishable items.
