LDTG: 2023: Christmas Celebration

Dear LDTG Truong and scout families -

LDTG had a festive, fun, and memorable holiday event yesterday, despite the rain. With the creative ideas and hard work by the organizing committee along with many Truong's, parent and scout helpers, we were able to pull together a successful event with beautiful decorations, great foods and drinks, comfortable sitting area, exciting troop performances, and a beautiful Santa photo booth. It was true magic when everyone came together to make it happen, even with little time for planning.

A special thanks to Tr. Denny and Tr May for coordinating and MCing the program, Tr. Raymond and Tr. Tony for being our Santa's, parent Thang and Tr. James for taking photos, Tr. Minh Doan for bringing canopies and Christmas tree, Tr. Tony for providing photobooth props, Tr. Linh and Trang Doan for preparing and serving lunch and green waffles, all Truong, and many parents and scouts who helped set up and clean up. Thank you everyone for all your help.

BDH would like to wish everyone a joyful and warm Holiday season! Hope you will find time to relax and enjoy quality family time. LDTG will take winter break from now and will resume meeting on January 28, 2024.

Dear Truongs and Parents, On behalf of BDH, I take the opportunity to thank all Truongs and parents who have been working very hard for the last couple months and made wonderful performances today! We had wonderful decorations and the people loved it; we had incredibleÁ children and adults shows that taking the breath away from the event participants; we hosted the fun games that the children enjoyed it, and we had imaging cooks and serving parents who fed us all delicious food. Without the dedication and the sacrifices that Truongs and parents had, we would not accomplish the event today. LDTG: 2024: Picnic at Hellyer Park

Event photos Dear Quy Truong, Parents, and Scouts, I am thrilled to announce that our picnic was a smashing success, despite the challenging weather conditions. None of it would have been possible without you - the parents, truongs, and scouts who came together to make this event one to remember. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Anh Denhi for organizing the picnic with parents, Truong Minh Doan, Truong Lan, and family for putting together the schedule and preparing the scrumptious food, parents for bringing the mouth-watering treats, drinks, and snacks, and Thieu Nu for organizing the fun games for our scouts. Not to mention, Truong Nhan, Truong Denhi and Anh Thanh were the most amazing MCs we could have asked for.
