As we reflect on our LDTG Christmas Celebration and the year we have shared, LDTG BDH would like to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to everyone who contributed their time, effort, and heart to make this event and all our activities so meaningful.

It was truly inspiring to see how many parents and scouts arrived early. It immediately helped with setup, and how our scouts stepped in willingly wherever help was needed—showing responsibility, teamwork, and a positive “can-do” attitude. A heartfelt thank-you as well to the parents who prepared food at home and those who came early to support setup. Your presence, generosity, and willingness to help were essential—the celebration truly could not have started on time without you.

Every role—big or small—played an important part. Together, you created not only a successful celebration for nearly 180 people but also lasting memories, meaningful learning moments, and a strong sense of community for our scouts and families.

(Diana Ellie Annie) Animal Loves Take Action Project We are thrilled to recognize Diana, Annie & Elysa of our 2023-2024 Bronze Award team. Though they faced some unusual challenges, they persevered and made blankets and rice warmers to directly help shelter animals as well as a video to raise awareness of shelter animals. Besides the usual challenges like coordinating schedules, learning project management and time management, team members live in opposite ends of the county.
