2026 LDTG Picnic and Hiking
On Sunday, April 5, 2026, scouts and their families gathered at Alum Rock Park for a day of outdoor adventure and community bonding. The event took place at the picnic area near the Visitor Center and featured a blend of nature exploration and festive activities.

Activity Highlights
- 8:00AM-8:30AM: meeting at the Picnic Area next to the playground .
- Set up tables / bench ( parents)
- 8:30AM -8:45AM: Go over hiking trails and safety rules.( unit leader)
- 9:00 AM: hiking starts. Trang Doan starts prepare meal (grill set up)
- 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM- Refreshment
- Games- Tr Minh Doan
- Wild plants identification contest (4 Prizes-$10 gift card ) -Tr Kim
- 12:00 PM. lunch (Trang Doan)
- 1:15PM-1:35PM:
- Egg hunting for CN and SC ( Tr Lan)
- raffle ticket drawing for all scouts (3 prizes)
- - 1:35PM-2:00PM: Clean up & closing
Activity Highlights
